WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY

Charlie’s Gardens are our ‘go-to’ landscaper for all our large projects at Houghton Lodge Gardens: This is because they are easy to work with, professional and work to a high standard, from hard landscaping to planting borders, trees and creating water gardens. Charlie is an incredibly knowledgeable plantsman and can advise, visualise and interpret our schemes, often in the absence of a formal plan. We have used Charlie’s Gardens for the creation of our Oriental Garden, building the Glasshouse terrace and ramp and most recently removing the box parterre and replanting. We hope they will return this autumn to create a Lilac Walk in the shrubbery. They are a charming team of hard working gardeners where nothing seems to be too much trouble and work is undergone with good nature even in terrible weather.

Sophie Busk

"We used Charlie’s Gardens for landscaping and a completely new planting scheme and I was absolutely delighted with the results. The transformation of our garden was outstanding with beautiful plants that really brought the garden to life. We have also been very pleased with the ongoing maintenance team, who keep everything looking immaculate and healthy all year round. They are professional, knowledgeable and a delight to have around. We would not hesitate to recommend Charlie’s gardens for both major projects and regular upkeep."
